Limited Edition B747 G-CIVP Turbine Cufflinks

£130.00

We are very excited to announce the launch of a very limited number of cufflinks made from the skin of B747 G-CIVP.

Great care and attention to detail has been given to create these unique, handmade pieces of history. The aluminium used to cast these cufflinks was carefully sourced from the skin and ribs of the aircraft fuselage. The turbine design is made to emulate the first stage of the RB211-524 engine, found on this ex-British Airways B747. Each piece has been meticulously hand polished by our partner jeweller in London, UK.

Victor Papa made history in 2020 by setting the subsonic speed record for an Atlantic crossing, travelling from New York JFK to London Heathrow in 4h56mins. Until this day, this record remains unbeaten.

Each pair is finalised upon order, where the aircraft’s registration "G-CIVP" will be etched onto the underside of the cufflink stem. Each pair comes with a certificate of authenticity, some background information about the aircraft and a presentation box.
